I posted to Wanted to Buy, because my gray cyclone fell to pieces.
The black ones seem to hold up better.
I remember eons ago, when I got my first one. I was shocked how much dust came out of my carpet after using a different vacuum for a few years.
It also raised the nap in the carpet, which needed it.
