Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone here has one of these little guys.
I believe the name on it is Ewbank Chilli. It's a small, plastic, bagless upright that I believe converts to a hand vac. I'm almost 100% sure it was purchased from HSN or QVC several years ago.
It's a nice metallic red color.
I was doing a little light cleaning at my mom's house the other day, and found hers sitting forgotten behind the laundry room door.
I may have actually put it together for her when she first bought it. But, I don't think I've seen it since.
It's been used, because the dirt cup and filter are full of schmutz.
The next time I'm over, I'll probably try to clean it up.
One thing I was wondering, if anyone is familiar with them, is if you can still get replacement filters or parts for them. I tried a quick internet search, but I came up empty.
There are a few videos of them on YouTube, but they seem to be mostly demonstration videos from when they were new.
Actually, when I mentioned it to her, she had pretty much forgotten that she even had it, and spoke like she was going to either throw it away or donate it somewhere.
If that's the case, and knowing me like I do, I'll probably end up dragging it home.
Anyone have any thoughts on them?
