I've got a Sebo itch recently. I've used an old worn Versmatic before but never something new, including their power nozzle which seems to be a favorite among central vac dealers these days. The only issue is that here in the states they are absurdly expensive. $850 for the X4 and $550 for the Dart. I was doing some research tonight and saw on sebo.co.uk you can buy a brand new X7, which is nearly $1,100 here, for only £299.99, or about $360. Now that seems reasonable! On Amazon in Germany the same machine is €424.59.
Are there any major differences between the UK, Euro, and American markets? I'm assuming part of the price tag is high in the United States to give it a suggestion of quality and premium. It is definitely considered a higher-end brand here. Is it also considered a premium product in Europe?
