Eureka Powerline

I got an email from my grandpa today saying he went to Target and saw a new Eureka Powerline and that "it has a visible inflating bag" and a 9amp motor! Are we both confused or is there such a vacuum?

I do know that there was a transparent powerline/ victory cleaner
I absolutely love the Eureka powerline series... I had the powerline Victory and the home cleaning system powerline Gold Canister.
