I have a old Electrolux vacuum model 1453, seriel # W19232A, which my wife bought brand new back in either the late 1970's or early 1980's ?
I think my motor is one it's way out on the Electrolux Power Nozzle it is a
Model PN4A, it says underneath it was called a RugSaver 1.4 amps, 120 volts.
Is there anyone who can show or tell me how to take apart and put back together the power nozzle after I replace the suspected dying dead motor ?
This vacuum works like a beast and is super strong and takes a beating, I would really like to see if I could buy a new motor and also a new belt at the same time and be able to use this old faithful vacuum.
We have had this vacuum for at least 35 years and they sure don't make them like this anymore.
Would a PN4 motor work on this ? I noticed one of those on another website for sale.
Anyone who can let me know where a manual is on how to take this vacuum a part I would be very much appreciative for any help whatsoever.
Thanks kindly for anyone's help !
