Electrolux hassock

I recently came across a Electrolux diamond jubilee in mint with a hassock
Just curious to see if the hassock is worth anything ?

Well...

The hassock is from a much earlier vacuum,many manufacturers used them in the 50s, does it have any wrighting or a label on the underside of the lid ??

No the only sticker on the bottom is from Grand Manufacture.

Those hassocks are so cool! I remember many a nice lady keeping her vacuum cleaner in one when I was a little boy -- most often, I saw Electroluxes in them but also Filter Queen, Lewyt, Royal, Compact, Eureka and Apex. And surely others. I have about a half-dozen of them in various colors, some of them covered in leatherette and some covered in fabric.

Ms. Brenda, if you're looking to sell yours I might be interested "if the price is right."
