Just thought I'd try something. Anyone have singer pics to add to this thread. There are quite a few cannister machines that I've never seen.

Doug

So lets begin with the C1 (from the net)

Anyone have a picture of the C3? I think it was pretty much the same as the C2 but I'm not certain.

Anyway - on to the C4 (Courtesy of a friend in Florida)

Model C8 (I havnt found all the parts for this one yet either - I'm assuming it used the squared off singer parts and not the rounded eureka parts)

And thats as far as my knowledge of the C models goes - can anyone fill in any more? I'll start the E models either later tonight or tomorrow in a separate thread.

I remember a family member having the C-1 machine, new back in 56 or 57. It had awesome suction. The 360 hose was great,
the orginal plastic hose split open at the machine end. Then needed more tape often.
The tools and the cleaning power were great. It would not roll on the wheels. As they would drag on the carpet or the hard floors. I remember the plastic hose being replaced with
the serian woven at some point.

Hi All!! Here's a few of my Singers. First up, my complete Model E-3. Sadly, the plastic latch that holds the lid shut is broken. Anyone have a replacement or a similar parts vac for sale?

Next, my Golden Glide with power nozzle. I'm not sure of the model number of this one. BTW, I also have the grey and white Model C-7 that's shown above.

Hey Toby - nice machines - would love to know what the model number on the PN one is.

Guess I might as well continue the E's here too

This is the model E2 from my collection (Anyone know what the E1 was like?)

I again have no clue what the E5 was like (anyone?) but this is my E6 Roll-a-magic(yes the tool kit is one I made just to display the parts)
