I am hoping to get one end of this month. Dyson said because I am a loyal customer, I will be able to swap my dc59 for an absolute and just pay the difference. Cant say fairer than that

I am sorry to disappoint anyone and I am sorry to some I cant fault Dyson customer service, it is excellent.

IKR and if there's an angry customers willing to throw their Dyson off a cliff and burn it, they can be so helpful that they become Dyson lovers again!

Also, My local Curry's store had these post things outside advertising the new V6 Dyson crdless, but they never had any inside! The DC35,44 and 59 were there and the new big ball as well as the other machines, thats it
