So I decided to try the Dyson DC40. It's completely refurbished and in excellent condition. First it seemed to pick up well and it was easy to use.
Pre motor filter is still clean after heavy testing.
Now comes the worst part. Vacuuming the medium pile rugs. It doesn't seems to do good job at all. It leaves a lot behind. Cleaning head feels like it's just floating on top of the rug. Even my Shark Lift Away Pro NV500 does a better job.
There is the pictures how much I put the sugar down and how much the Shark and Dyson left behind. I vacuumed the remains with the Kirby G6.
I am totally disappointed.
I just wonder how dirty the carpets are in peoples homes who uses the Dyson.
