I stopped in the vac shop today and the owner saved this DC28 for me! It runs good, just needs cleaned. The wand is so small in diameter so it was clogged. The Airmuscle technology sure is neat! Does anyone know how to get the brushroll out to clean the little window? Once you get the bottom plate off, there is a little plastic piece covering the belt. It is different from my DC17 so I am little confused...
