I work for an insurance agent and the office has a DC15 and it only contacts the low pile commercial carpet when going forward. When pulling back it doesn't contact the carpet at all. I know that he wants to replace the carpet this year it needs it. What can I do so that I don't have to take forever to vacuum since it only cleans in one direction?
What needs to be serviced or adjusted on the machine, I don't really know that much about Dyson. I am new at the office and wish we had a Eureka commercial vacuum.
