As much as I like the design there does seem to be one flaw. I was wondering if it was just me or does anyone else have issues with the nozzle loosing contact with the carpet on the backstroke? It seems like the front is too light weight and won't stay down.

Mine does that too... maybe the back wheels are too large for the size of the machine. It helps to go slower. Another thing that annoys me is that it can't be tilted back and rolled on the back wheels because the bag will drag on the floor. Mine has a little hole starting from where the previous owners tried to use it like that. I tried once and learned not to attempt that. Still a very cool machine though )
