o.k i just finish rebuilding the motor in this thing,it ran perfect for one second and then something made it jump like 5 inches and a terrible sound happened, sounded like some plastic part exploded or something,
so, why the heck did my hoover just explode?

Fan failure perhaps? Belt snapped and get snagged up in the fan? Open it up and have a look, just don't forget to unplug it first.... :P

Oh my that sucks I know I have had a couple motors burn up or smoke out after rebuilding but never explode I hope u can fix it lol and good luck. Zach

So Alex, are you going to take it apart again and answer your own question?
None of us were there so we surely don't know and can only speculate.
Pictures would help a lot.
Was the brushroll belt on at the time [backwards?] or did you test the motor before belting it...
Dave
