You can cut and paste it into a new email and email it to Dave Olsen at: [email protected] Payment can be made by Paypal--the link for that found in the above mentioned sentence or by check.
If you still have problems or issues, you can contact me at [email protected] and I will print out a registration form and mail it to you or walk you through the process on line. Please act fast, the convention is just over a month away!
