Holiday Inn in Oakbrook is 630-833-3600.
Convention phone number is now correct!!!

The number has always been 630-833-3600 on the VCCC website and convention registration form. So I'm not sure what happened.

Not to worry, problem solved!
When I saw it and called it was 630-383-3600, and I got Skokie, Illinois, they knew nothing of the convention or the club. I was transfered to the right Holiday Inn, and allerted the membership.
Better to find that out now before people start booking. And that's what I did yesterday.

Holiday Inn, Skokie, Illinois was not aware of our event, but the Holiday Inn in Oakbrook was. That's the problem when numbers are transposed 383 instead of 833. That's why when I discovered the error I made the correct number available.
Now all systems are go! I'm booked, and chomping at the bit to see the club members.

It’s easy to transpose numbers when dialing I’ve done it myself. Only three people have access to edit the VCCC website, including me. The number was correct after I read the initial email. I went back and double checked the number on the VCCC website. The website would not have updated itself unless I clicked or the other two people clicked the update page button. I will gladly own up to any mistake. However, I can assure you the number was correct on our site. I copied and pasted the information we received directly from the hotel via email. The hotel number is also on the convention registration form along with the convention events. Please check the convention registration form for further details. I've provided a link below.
