Ok, so the photos show a Kirby G6 with the hose attached to the exhaust port. I cable-tie the hose to the bag hanger with a little slack. Now the photo of the hoses put together I have it mocked up with an empty toilet paper roll and cable ties but for this I buy black rubber hose about 8 or 9 inches long and buy the clamps that you tighten with a screw driver to couple the hose ends...but the photos give you an idea...
