Calling All Small Appliance Buffs....What does this belong to?

Can anyone tell me what this belongs to? <span style="font-size: 14px;">I believe i</span><span style="font-size: 14px;">t came with a Cuisinart food processor that I found at a thrift shop a while back. It is a pale grey in color and is all plastic. </span>

It doesn't appear...

...to belong to the Cuisinart food processor but it does seem that it belongs to some chopping or shredding appliance. I have no clue what this is. Could it possibly be an adaptor or tool to an appliance?

I wonder if it is the tool for a vita mix to stir around in the hopper. Not sure as I don't own one *sigh* ....maybe someday.

It looks like the post that you attach the slicing/shredding disc to, but I don't know what brand it is from... the one for my Moulinex LaMachine has one very similar to that, but it is square on the end rather than hexagonal...

I'm thinking the same as Bobby. It must hold the slicing/shredding discs, which rotate at the top of the food bowl. It looks like it might belong to an Oster Kitchen Center.

Sunbeam Le Chef? It looks like the one that comes with the Sunbeam Le Chef food processor.
