You simply want believe it's made out of the lowly brassica oleraceacapitata plant, but, indeed, it is...every scrumptious bite of it! Here's how I thunked up going about doing it...
Head of cabbage -- your choice of color
Two to Three carrots
One whole onion -- color don't matter, it all good! Heat all vegetables in pan or microwave for four or five minutes to soften. If you like it completely raw -- That's fine, skip this step.
Half and half Hellman's Mayonnaise and Sour Cream, but if it was just me, I likes more sour cream!
Two to three tablespoons of red wine vinegar
Two tablespoons of sugar, or if you have a sweet tooth just add another
Salt and pepper to taste
A couple squirts of brown mustard -- Again, color don't make a whole lot of matter
Don't you forget the sweet relish to taste, which is usually only just a couple of tablespoons...or whatever the mood strikes you at the particular moment
And if you really want to feel it in the morning put several splashes of " Louisiana Hot Sauce " on the heavenly ambrosia you just concocted, that all is, if you really want to go for the burn!
It truly makes for a great side dish for just about every occasion, but, especially, as a topping for my world famous CHILLY CHEESE SLAWDOGS!!! They make you want to holler Kookamunga and slap your momma!
