HEY,I like that tale!!!!Sometimes we get "gators" in the swamps in Carolina-rare,but on occasion.Saw a small one in one of the transmitter site drainage ditches.Haven't seen him lately.Now fast forward to a more modern time-could Saint Nicks "Skiff" now be pulled by a "Mud Buddy" Mud motor?and outboard motor designed for shallow water,swamps,and mud.
