Blue/white canister vac?

I saw a while back an old square plastic canister vac in the trash. It had a hose on the front and a handle like an old Kenmore canister from the 70s. But the weird thing is it appears to have a navy blue bottom and beige top and I don't recall Kenmore with that color combo.

It's been sitting there a week, I don't know if it is still there or not. I've been nervous to stop as there are people around there.

Does anyone know what brand it might be? I can't place this color combo than Eureka, but I don't recall a vacuum from them of this style.

I can't help you on the vac, but as far as scrounging or 'picking' out of the trash, unless it's posted I don't see any problems.......although on private property technically, you're supposed to ask first. I can't imagine the cops getting too excited about an arrest for dumpster diving.....maybe a warning at best.
