Blue Kirby 519?

I spotted this at my thrift store. I didn't get it because I don't have any interest in this. Plus I don't have room to put it in my apartment or in my truck until I'm back at home later this month on the holiday weekend. Instead I am more interested on who can tell me more about this model being blue?

Blue Trimmed 519 model Kirby

This model was manufactured in 1959-60 with cherry red trim, gray wheels and cord and a bluish-gray bag with white specks and a distinctive silkscreen logo in red and silver.
This most likely is a rebuild from 1979 or sometime in the 80's. The Tradition model was this shade of blue and manufactured in the 1979-81 period, and rebuilds of older Kirbys have been retrimmed in the recent model color.
