Hey guys! i had a question is the bissell heathy home a sealed hepa vacuum? They say its air tight but that realy doesn't mean anything to me . so do they just make that up?

It most certainly is...

It's a true sealed system - the only air escape is thru and out the exhaust HEPA Filter - Unline the Pet Hair Eraser and the Lift-away which use an unsealed, HEPA Media Filter, this vacuum is certified HEPA H12 (I believe its H12).

Cheers :)

Were They Sealed?

I don't know, but my Powerforce Turbo has dirt spin around in the canister, mocking a Dyson.

Yes, the Bissell Healthy Home vacuums are Sealed HEPA vacuums. And yes, the HEPA filters in both versions of the Healthy Home are HEPA H12. However, having said that, I feel that the earlier version, the blue 5770 with the HEPA filter on the side, is much better, as the filter is much larger than the newest version.

Director12- Bissell Powerforce Turbo's are NOT mocking a Dyson because the dirt spins around in the dirt cup. ALL bagless vacuums do that!
