Today I found this at goodwill. It was only $7.99. I grabbed it and checked it over quick. It has all the attachments with it and is clean exact for some scuffs. I was told these are made by Samsung. I am shocked at how quiet it is. Its also a soft start which is nice. Only things I have found wrong is the headlights out and there was some sort of repair to the power nozzle neck.
