Didn't see any old threads about this mod. But on the base model s7 that does not include a headlight it is in fact possible to add one in. I had another machine my miele dealer had for parts that he wanted out of his shop. Had it close to four years he said and only sold a few parts off it. Wanted it gone. Was a black model, s7520? Swapped in a few parts from it I needed as well as the headlight and clear lense. I had a strong suspicion that these machines are all built to accept all options. Indeed the base models have all the slots needed to accept the headlights and wiring for them. One wire goes to the motor the other goes up to a ground. Both have receptacles for them already so no reworking or crimping is needed. Just plug and play as I thought it would be. Works and looks great. Only difference is on the donor machine there is silver painted accent inside of the area where the lights go. It's not a big deal that it's not there on the twist. Just for looks it seems.

Sweet!

I followed along and gave it a shot.
I had a junk S7 that I found on one of those Garage Sale groups for a cheap price. I've now been able to use the handle, a few little parts, and now the LEDs for my S7 Twist! Thanks for the tip! This turn out great.
