NO, and simple and easiest way to remedy the problem,  new armature/used from a parts machine.  there is way motor winding shops can repair bent armature shafts,  but the price is so insaned it's worthless to invest for most people unless motors for that machine simply don't exist anymore


 since the commutator is the point where the balance causes problems normally, trying to fix the problem would have a higher chance of the segments exploding inside the motor due to causing the segments to get hairline fractures in the adhesive holding the segments together in trying to straighten the motor shaft back out.
