Atlas Vac

Finally found an Atlas vacuum cleaner!! Have the red hose, but its completely shot. Hate to cut it up but want to use the machine. Its pristine inside and looks pretty great on the outside. Shop manager said he has the tools and wands, just where are they??? Hes looking!
Is it true that these clogged because the bag sat right on the filter? if so, could I take the bag out of the Jet 99 and use it since it is supposed to be shorter and have better results. I love "Charles" the atlas badge on the machine. Very lux!

The vorwerk is in a box in storage. Got it all working and together. Was just about to list it. Intertested?
