I had a free Saturday for once yesterday so I did a little bit of thrifting and vacuum hunting and I was pretty fortunate!

I got the red Kenmore Intuition canister and the Rainbow for free. The Kenmore has all of the attachments and works great, just needs a new hose. As you may have seen in a previous thread, the Rainbow is dead, but I'm going to get it going pretty soon.

I found the blue Anniversary Hoover Windtunnel at a church sale for $5. It just needs a good cleaning and the attachments. I bought one of these brand new 2 years ago, but a friend of mine has been after one so I picked it up for him.

The Windtunnel Deluxe came from Goodwill for $6. It included all of the attachments, 3 bags, 2 belts, and the manual. It just needs a little bit of a cleaning. I was really excited to find it because I have been looking for a non-wide path model for quite some time.

And the highlight....

A Kenmore Power Center! I have been after one of these for years! I stopped in a thrift store on Friday after school just for fun and they had this for $14. My heart about skipped a beat. My grandparents had a gray 7 amp model just like this a long time ago. This is in great condition and has everything besides the upholstery brush, and it runs fantastically! The bag reminds me a little bit of a Kirby G4.

I didn't these they even existed anymore...

Oh, yes you can, Kenny! I got an Electrolux Super J once a few years ago, for FREE! It even had the original gold colored cloth hose in near-perfect condition, hardly any fraying & 100% airtight. All it needed was the short powerhead cord replaced, & that was only $13 dollars.

As always, awesome finds, Chase. I thought you already had a S/P WindTunnel (and a Kenmore progressive canister)... nice of you to pick that up for a friend who wants it.

The Rainbow is worth it just for the power nozzle alone, you could sell that for a profit on ebay if you didn't want to fix the motor.

Nice haul!

I know this thread is a little old...

but can anyone with a power center show some detail shots of the attachments and hose? I'd like to get my power center going again and with attachments this time!
