Does anyone know what this strange Carpet extractor/vacuum is? I saw it while browsing Facebook Marketplace a while ago but for the life of me have absolutely no idea what brand or model it is.

It is a Hoover built by a company called Chemko . I have one, I haven’t used it in years, it did a great job.
