Happend to me.This happend to me with my Aunt only I didn't ask to use the vacuum. I asked if I may try out her shark steam mop since I had never used the steam pocket mop before and she rudley so NO! To this day I wish I had been able to ask her to use the vacuums sice she a had a Hoover Concept one and a very old Oreck. Oh well......
