Another Ebay Hoover find

Decade 80 no ID tag, probably a U4383, Cleaned it up, although it was already pretty clean. Didn't touch the motor on this one, it looked and sounded pretty good. Swapped out the plastic ended agitator for a rebuilt all metal one, new belt. Converted it from bagless to top fill and lowered the bottom cord catch. All in all another nice Hoover Decade.

You can't see it in the photo but the top of the hood on this one is very badly scratched. Someone ran it under something metallic over and over again, and it is badly sun faded.
