a Hoover RS! This beauty, made in Feb. 1992, I won on eBay for $44 ($29 plus $15 s/h) and this one I really like for the bag pattern and color choice. It seems lightly used as there are no heavy scuff marks or dirt clogged crevices (cleaned b4 shipping perhaps?) N-e who, here are some photos and I'd like to try and find a matching handle grip (if there is one in that color)

Oh, and also, here's my U4193 with the new bag spring, looks MUCH better

thanks, and I haven't even been to STL, KC, Joplin, or Cape Girardeau/Bootheel area. I should get a large size map of Missouri to put on the wall and put pins of vacuum shops I've been to in the Show Me State, one color for definite return trips to, another for the duds

Yes, that RS sure is a beauty. I didn't know Hoover was making convertibles as late as 1992. Being it's one of the last, I would have to say that marked the end of Hoover "as we knew it"
