Air-Tec out of business?

Does anyone know for sure if Air-Tec is out of business?  They made the BK 2000, which was very similar to an Air-Way.  The reason I ask is because the contact link on their site is broken and the phone numbers seem to be bad.

air-tec vacuum

Apparently the 2000 vacuum they made was a very good machine, wish I could have gotten one before they went out of business. The air-way machines were also very good of course, it will be interesting to see if other vacuum companies, especially those that sell door to door with inflated prices survive in the future, I'm thinking of Rainbow, Kirby, Aerus, Hyla, Vivenso, etc.
