Advance Carpetwin 16

I got this Advance Carpetwin 16 today from a friend of mine. I am very happy about this one because I have been wanting one for a while. Now I have one! I will post a video of it running soon.
If anyone has an idea of around what year this particular one was made, please let me know.

Sweet find and what a beast.

I read here on Vacuumland that a Hoover Type A bag will fit this vacuum. This is good news because Type A bags can be had in the HEPA “cloth” variety.
