The tools are all a dark brown colour, as opposed to black with was more common at this time (1984) or cream - late 1970s - early 1980s. Even with a pan connector a suction regulator seems a bit much....
It was a long time since a British domestic (as opposed to commercial) Hoover upright used a spring to suspend the bag. Note how close the cable grips are
I have never seen a UK dust-cup Hoover, and a floor dusting tool for a Senior? Very cool. Was it made before or after Candy got Hoover? I'm assuming the canister is a Hoover Spirit.
This was the larger cleaner line, again this is a BOL model. This was the follow up model range to our (European) equivalent of US Electronic 1000 series that sometimes pops up as POD
I remember being disappointed by this in comparison with the Constellation. This was a gift, gratefully received. Note push fit tools now and teh wands are much poorer quality than the earlier plastic versions
On rear. The large button is the cord rewind, top left button is On/Off the other "button" is a bag full indicator. Its quite powerful with 1000 watt motor and quite narrow wands
Electrolux's first attempt with on board tools, and nicely integrated they are too in my opinion. It is just missing the butterfly nozzle to clip onto the upper handle
