I was doing my normal nostalgic 1950s browsing when I came upon this 1955 film for housewives. It shows all the modern conveniences a modern kitchen could bring! You can see the mixer, blender and toaster early on, and the washers, caloric wall oven and more later on, what fun!

I keep finding them!

Here is the first model of Lewyt canister vacuum, a beautiful General-Electric fridge and a pair of Westinghouse front-loading washing machines! Don't let the title fool you, this film drops hints as to buying appliances at every corner, what fun! Around the 24 minute mark, Judy mentions an 'electric sink', what on earth does that mean? Doesn't sound very safe!
