This is by far the favorite Miele of my collection. I've dated this machine to sometime in 1985, so by the forum standards it is vintage. In my eyes it's still a modern machine though... It's an S238i Super Electronic. A fairly rare machine in the US it seems, took a few years to finally get.

I just love the look of this Miele. It's a little basic for a "Super Electronic" considering what Hoover was selling at the time, but still impressive nevertheless. Was the power nozzle made in house or relabeled?
Far as I know Miele never made their own PN, this was made in Hungary, All of their geared belt PNs are made by Wessel Werk as well as their attachments. I don't really know who made the 224/226 PN, I wish I did though.
