As a man who loves the 'old' stuff, this is great. I also have the General Electric tank featured here, but never knew the year.

You've most likely learned the reason I was away, in fact the last post I read was of your wedding to Fred. But the worst is over, my 'girl' is gone, and life goes on. I'm Baaack, and I need vintage vacuum cleaners in my life, so I'll be an avid fan of this feature.
