Derrick...Stan's Hoover model 425 was one of my favorites from his collection. I really liked the bag design. I think he told me that he disconnects the bag to save the elastic retainer as they tend to get fragile over the years. It would be a real treat to run that classic Hoover cleaner and better yet to have some guidance from Stan!--Tom
