Hi, does anyone know the difference between these 2 serial numbers on a 375?
One has an 'f' at the start and the other only has numbers.

I don't know for sure but there are a couple of different possibilities. One may be a part number or perhaps given the machine's age, it could have been repaired or refurbished at some point and one of the parts isn't original to the machine but was harvested from a donor machine.

This perhaps borders on being a non-sequitur but before standardized VIN numbers were a thing on cars, they often had more than one 'serial number'; for instance, different chassis and engine numbers. Perhaps something similar is going on here.
