I have a 1995-96 Kenmore Whispertone Upright that is having problems with the height adjuster. I cannot figure out how it works. I took it apart because it wasn't working and got it to work, but I still don't think that it is right. Could anyone help or post pictures of the height adjustment setup if yours is working? Or provide directions on how to fix it? I have fixed a ton of vacuums before with far more serious problems but this is just baffling to me.
