I got this for $8.99 and it came with spare bags and all it needs is fixed foot release petal and belt. But it sounds very smooth. It does have all attachments except wand which is unfortunate. Can someone tell me on the last photo if it's either 1993 or 1994, I see two numbers saying 93 and 94 that could be either or.

Based on the photo, it was made in 1993. I have the black version. Love it overall! I wished they'd put a geared belt on just like their canisters.
