Yes,vacuum cleaners do go by the rules of physics-there is no such thing as a machine that removes ALL the dirt at one time.The secret is HOW MUCH it can remove-some machines more so than others  we have seen in the videos.The bagless vacuums will do OK--until their filters clog!
