Great gift! I have many fond memories of the Kirby. For some reason they've always reminded me of my Dad's old '69 Pontiac Bonneville. Just starting my collection, but hope to have a Kirby some day.

I have not seen this Intuition model before. The lift-off floor brush is a pretty neat trick, particularly for those with wood floors and area rugs. Do you believe this to be a Panasonic made for Kenmore model, like the Progressive is?
