I disagree I like the blue scheme of the Avalir 2 and the big blue K on the bag. I think it looks sharp and you definitely cannot deny that it's a Kirby. It's probably one of the reasons I decided to buy it. Then again, I liked the Tradition too. :-)

No, It's just a pleated filter in a frame. That filter design only lasted for one model from what I understand. But as bad as it was, I don't think any filter would have been much good.
