    Awesome I'm going to try removing that. what a great idea. I will do that tonight. My problem with that tool is exactly that, the front brush snowplowing and trapping hair and dust.

    thanks, I think the weasel unit rd285 (see pic) has a full width channel like you describe. I wonder if I could modify it with a thin strip of microfiber to trap fine dust.
