    One mixed up Kirby

The poor dear Don't pick on her like that. She clearly has Multiple Parts Personality Disorder. I'm sure someone could bring her home and give her lots of care along with therapy and bring her back to the original beauty she once was.

    Electrolux owned by Eureka

Eureka, AB Electrolux, Frigidaire The Eureka- Williams company was sold to AB Electrolux in '74 and they dropped Williams from the name. White Consolidated Industries (White Sewing Machine Co) bought the Frigidaire appliance division name from General Motors in 1979. In 1986 AB Electrolux...

    My New Aerus Vacuums

Chinese parts and bags... I've always been a lover of the Electrolux and made it a point to become friends with my local dealer where ever I lived. It always paid off one way or another and I finally ended up repairing machines for them. You would be amazed at how many genunie Aerus parts are...

    Early Christmas

If you'll notice the fan blades are pretty close together. I don't think this would survive anything more than a penny or dime.

I will say it is an impressive motor. nothing at all like the tiny power nozzle motors used by other lightweight vacs.

    Early Christmas

It does not say Lux on it anywhere. Just Aerus. It does not sound like a Lux, nor does it sound like an Oreck. It uses a flat knurled belt. Of course I'm going to take it apart so I'll take some picts. Getting this truly made my day. It was not something I would have bought which makes the...

    Early Christmas

I can say it's built better than the Oreck, it's a lot quieter and does a fantastic job. It does not work as well as the full size upright but it wasn't meant to compete with that machine anyway.

    Early Christmas

Yesterday I went into the Aerus dealer to b/s and I was looking at the FreshEra. He said I bet that is one of the few you don't have. He walked in the back and handed me the box and said Merry Christmas. I could not believe it!!

Have I been living under a rock? New Aerus Canister

The new Guardian Ultra is still electronically controlled but without the variable speed. It is preset to shut the machine off and illuminate the bag light at a predetermined set point. This one also comes with a HEPA filter. The Legacy still has the Cleaning Selector and on board tools but only...

    New Miele Canister

I really want (notice I said want, not need) a new miele with the SEB 236 power nozzle. Now I just need a little extra push one way or the other.... So lets hear it....good and bad. The only real 'need' is because of the superior filtration and my awful allergies. Thanks, Jason
