    Hoover Platinum Bagged Upright

Platinum Bagless I have the Platinum bagless and it is surprisingly quiet. In fact, shockingly so. I thought it would be a real scream machine. Though it's made of plastic, I think its build quality is pretty decent. The dirt chamber slides in and out with no effort or forcing at all (unlike...

    Electrolux user manual

If no one here has one, you can contact customer service at www.aerusonline.com and the will email you a scan of the service manual. I did this once with an older model -- the Grand Marquise. It's not original, but it may help.

First Filter Queen - Cone Question and Input please

FQ Cones You can either purchase genuine FQ cones or aftermarket brands. I think their all made of cellulose fiber. I've used both, but the FQ cones seem to be a little heavier in construction. Just be sure and buy cones that are made specifically for Filter Queen. And what a great find too...

    Hoover Price Drop

Has anyone noticed that Hoover has dropped the price of its Platinum line. The bagless upright was originally $449. Their website now lists it for $299. The bagged upright was originally $399. It now lists for $299 also. I guess its premium line isn't selling as well as they had anticipated...

    TriStar

Out of house and home I understand the spare cash issue! I have four sons, two of which are teenagers who play American style football. My 16 year old is 6'4" and my 14 year old is 6'3". They only thing that keeps us from going broke is that they eat at the homes of their friends too! LOL!

I sometimes come across VG brush rolls, especially on old power nozzles. I'd be glad to send one across, along with bags when I find one. You gotta have the lady properly outfitted! LOL!

    VGI vs. VGII

Fine Dirt I think they both got about the same amount of sand. However, the VGII seemed to get much more fine dirt. There was quite a bit of fine dirt stuck to the walls of the bag from the VGII that wouldn't come out. Also, more dog hair seemed to bind to it and wouldn't come out. So there was...
