No more corded vacuums to be developed by Dyson

Sad news indeed I do not have any cordless vacuum in my collection. I find them rather uninteresting. Ibaisiac you must have a lot of batteri chargers on your walls, I suppose . The only cordless that has my attention is The Lupe One,  but I don't know how they have progressed. Interesting...

    Sebo airbelt-E bags fixed

Hello everyone! It was a long time since I did anything active in the vacuum community. If anyone remember I had problems with my Sebo e1 as it leaked a lot of dust to the bag compartment. Well, I did a rather crude fix of that, but it works. The fix consists of removing the green plastic cap of...

    The wife just doesn't understand...

And here is my Miele C3 Albeit just a Miele C3 Hepa Powerline with some tools from my Cat & Dog version. The handle is an additional extra. Only a turbobrush and non-electric hose and wand. The dual nozzle is an eco-teq which should be the same as an air-teq, I think. I should add that I love...

    Cleaning carpets (but not vacuuming)

Brands please!! Thanks for all the comments. I did not mention any brands as I started the thread and I have been bashing some brands before. You, however, feel free to speak your mind. I can see that most use steam and some use foam (Kirby +1 from me for dedication). One I know that that has...

    Cleaning carpets (but not vacuuming)

Just like a pro The method of steam cleaning your carpet was the thing turning up when I googled. However, most of those home use "carpet hot water vacuums" got the reviews: It was great for four times then a it broke down. Still, I get the impression that hot water steam is the way to go. But...

    Cleaning carpets (but not vacuuming)

Hi! I will not post any videos on any answers. Nor start a brand war. How do you clean your carpets with 1. water + shampoo, 2. 10% water + foam (The Kirby way), 3. dry powder, 4. or anything else? I use dry powder for my rugs at the moment (after a powerbrush clean) each four month. I...

Question about Miele C3 basic dual nozzle? What to answer.

Great answer! That was a pretty good answer I must say. But "No make up to day". Do not give me anymore anwsers as I will only start posting music videos. One could wonder though how a dual nozzle can destroy a rug??!! No, she is no more than a colleague in any shape or form so I quess I...

Question about Miele C3 basic dual nozzle? What to answer.

Hi all, Yes I know I can be obnoxious sometimes. I can also be very persistent. I did persuade a colleague of mine to buy a Miele C3 powerline (1200 W) as there is still time to do so in EU. In Sweden there is not so much to choose from. The main brands being Miele, Bosch, Electrolux and...

    Eureka Electrolux Easter egg

3-1 tool and great video The lid thing, was it this vacuum only? Or is a retailer thing? I am thinking that the one that sold you the vacuum might missplaced the 3-1 tool and then clued the lid. My first thought of the video was that it was a fair representation of this overpriced vacuum...

    New Dyson Light Ball

Heard it all before I saw a lot of those comments on the videos I did. And ibaisiac also said the same thing in his review as you (more or less). I beg to differ. I admit The Miele Blizzard is the only bagless I ever had, but... The videos I have seen on YT of multi-cyclones make me think it...

    New Dyson Light Ball

High quality vacuum There is one premium alt instead of the China made Hoovers, vaxes, Bissells, Dysons and Sharks. The Miele Blizzard. I am not a fan of bagless (due to allergy and due to low quality) but Qualitywise it is great. Well that is of course for another thread.

    Just bought a Sebo K3 with a HEPA-box

Sebo E1/D4 airpath The K-series has the motor "backwards" which will create more turbulence for the air when going throu the vacuum, hence should have less airflow than my E1 (both 1200 watt, but more filters for my K3). With the E-series they have improved and put the motor so the air has a...

    More airflow tests.

Miele U1 is great! Blackheart: I do not want to hijack this tread but I do need to respond.   Sorry if I sounded negative about the Miele U1. I am not. I completely agree with you. The quality is outstanding, the brush is powerful and it is versatile (I can fit my Miele Twister to the wand...

    Just bought a Sebo K3 with a HEPA-box

Hi! I have stopped making videos so this vacuum I am going to enjoy without the hazzle of views, comments, thumbs up or down and preperation. Hoorah!! Enough has been said about this one and I know others have posted pics before. I like HEPA-filters so perhaps my pics of that can contribute...

    More airflow tests.

Thanks Bill! Thanks Bill! Much appreciated. I will be watching this weekend. Blackheart (proof of me having a U1 are in the pics or in the pudding :-)): I noticed the same for my Miele U1. It struggled to pick up some long rice left in one mess vacuuming I did (after using a vacuum starting...

    More airflow tests.

My motto: There is no shame in fame. Please Bill post the video. Instead of having me (or readers of this post) search. Where to buy the Kirby meter is still a puzzle. A link would be great.

    More airflow tests.

Where to buy? I would like to do these airflow tests, but where do I buy the tools for it? The Kirby airflow meter for instance (I do not mind having to buy it from the US)? I had this idea 6 month ago and I bought an anemometer (I think that is the name) but it was to weak and just shattered...
