    What is it? TUEC floor sweep/vacuum attachment that you PULL along with a rope?

    I think this may answer some of my original questions as well as the question of this being from The United Electric Company or not. Still have no clue as to its value or rarity. Does this belong in the Smithsonian? lol, ya right.

    This came out of a university building... not sure if it was used for the purposes it was designed for or if it was used for some experimental/research stuff...
