61 bellows are hard to come by, good luck finding a good one, u may have to just cover the hole thing with liquid tape.

you can fix the bellows with liquid electoral tape, it comes in a jar with a brush. just wash them good and super glue the seam back together, then put a few coats of liquid tape over the cracks. Chris PS the carbon brushes are the same size a a Hoover convertible.
